Когато сте с кола и сте се запътили на плаж и се чудите, къде хем

е красиво, хем е най-лесно да паркирате - веднага погледнете към най-древният, тайнствен, забулен в мистерии и DSC 3873красота курорт пo българското Черноморие е "Св. св. Константин и Елена". За неговата история и уникалност, за 7-те му минерални извори, без аналог в Европа, знаят малко българи, което намирам за всеобщ недостатък на родната ни рекламна машина (каруца в случая).

 

 

За разлика от Албена, която прилича повече на парк, чист, подреден и култивиран, чувството в "Св. св. Константин и Елена" е, че си сред тиха и вековна гора. Дълбоки сенки на древни борове и ели, кипариси и орехи обграждат уютно изглеждащи хотели, закътани малки барчета и ресторанти. Древната му история наднича от каменните пейки, сгушени в листака тайствени пътечки, някогашно съградени минерални извори и старинния манастир (за уникалната му, изпълнена с предания и легенди  история можете да прочетете на www.varnamonastery.bg/history.html).

 

 


Курортът е странно красив и някакси аристократичен. За съжалениеDSC 3900a обаче, пак в противовес на красавицата Албена, където от всяко ъгълче си личи добрата ръка на стопанина, "Дружба", както го знаят по-старите варненци, е неглижирано изоставен в централната си част, което оставя горчиво чувство у всеки българин.

 

 

Буренясали алеи, порутено ръждясали мостове и тъжни, притихнали, красиви някога ресторантски комплекси, смълчани, пазят спомени за отминалите щастливи дни.  Не че това прави някакво впечатление на многобройните руски групи деца, напротив – чух ги, възторжено да възкликват (е, това беше относно природата): "'Каква красота!"

 

 


В южната си и северна част курортът е красив, особено грандхотелDSC 3996 "Варна". Построен е от шведската фирма ABV (една от водещите за строителство и развитие на недвижими имоти в света). Според мен това е най-красивата част на курорта.

 

 

Изящно оформена градинска част, абсолютна чистота и лукс. Открити и закрити басейни, летни барчета, изискани ресторанти... Място за всички, които харесват ВИП обслужване.  Ненапразно величия като Райна Кабаиванска, Анна Томова-Синтова, Никола Гюзелев, Лили Игнатова и Анелия Раленкова със "златните" момичета на българската художествена  гимнастика, Христо Стоичков и четвъртите в света, царското семейство, Тина Търнър, Тото Котуньо, Юрий Буков, Валентина Терешкова, американският  поет Уилям  Мередит, Франц Бекенбауер и бундес тимът, Боби Чарлтън, световният шампион по шах Анатолий Карпов и много други световни величия са си давали отдих из чертозите на Гранда.

 

 

Плажът под хотера е малко и спокойно заливче, сгушено под зелената тераса на широколистна гора. В младежките ми години това заливче беше сборният пункт на отбора на "Черно море". Над плажа, в красивия в античен стил "Албатрос", някога известен с невероятните си плодови и шоколадови торти "Гараж" тимът завършваше вечерта с танци и с мнооого малко алкохол.
Другият плаж, няколко крачки на юг, е много по-пипнат, по-луксозен, перфектно и архитектурно изпълнен с лек средиземноморски привкус.

 

 


Северният плаж пък е за тези от туристите, които харесват DSC 4102природата в по-натуралния й вид, без да е съвсем дива и първична, подобно северното българско Черноморие.

 

 

Ситен златен пясък, малки заливчета, топло море, яхтено пристанище с капацитет 40 средно големи яхти, плажна ивица  с дължина повече от 3,5 км., тенис кортове, детски площадки, футболно игрище, открити и закрити минерални басейни и яхтени пристанища и, разбира се, страшно много ресторанти, ресторанчета и барчета за всеки вкус и джоб.

 

 

Най-интересното, което ми направи огромно впечатление бяха... Не познахте, не са ресторантите, а седемте минерални извора. Те са калциево-магнезиеви, слабо минерализирани и извират от дълбочина от 1800 до 2050 м под земята с общ дебит 175 л/сек.. Един от изворите се влива директно в морето и е топъл, което го прави доста посещаван почти целогодишно. Температурата на водата е между 40 и 60 градуса.

 

 

Оказва се, че те са много добри за всички спортисти, но така също и за всички, които лекуват заболявания на ендокринната система - диабет, затлъстяване, подагра, сърдечно-съдови, функционалната нервна система  и най-подходящото място за възстановяване и рехабилитация след прекарани инфаркти на миокарда. Генерално тези минерални води са добри за всички, които искат да укрепят имунната си система и да редуцират преумора и стрес. Ето, такива интересни неща имало по нашите земи, но кой да ти каже?

 

 


И така, само на 8 км от Варна, посока север, се намира курорта "Св. св. Константин и Елена". Пътят от Варна е добър (не перфектен), достъпът е лесен и безопасен. Място за паркиране има дори и в натоварените почивни дни.
